Tried out "Hip Diner"... a diner by Billy Bomber's. The food is terrible... they made me feel terrible paying S$26+ for the food even after using a S$20 voucher. They only served three measly pieces of potato skins and charge S$6 for them.
The ambiance.... oh man... don't get me started on that. The place looks like a cheesy fake diner and nothing like Billy Bomber's. I wonder who in Billy Bomber's was "arrowed" to take on this project. It's a flop.
People... stay away!!!

Haven't been to Billy Bomber's for ages... not sure if I'd still be keen to go to its sister outlet. Very X.
