The Blackburn game started horribly. Big Sam started the game with defensive players filling the midfield and thus resulting in the team pumping the ball to the poor strikers. Not to mention the horrid game the referee was having and he gave a lame penalty to Spurs for my beloved team to go 1-0 down.
Could Rovers make a comeback? It wasn't looking likely until the manager replaced the hapless Jason Roberts upfront with Samba deployed as an emergency striker. He also replaced the hopeless Mokoena with Dunn and partnered him with Tugay. The 2 ball playing midfielders started controlling the pace of the game and 2 goals in the last 10 minutes gives Rovers a vital win to avoid them sliding back into the relegation zone.
*phew*
