The time on your Windows OS gets out of sync occasionally. The quick and dirty way of triggering a time synchronisation on your system is to open your command prompt and enter "w32tm /resync". If successful, you should see the following messages.
C:\>w32tm /resync
Sending resync command to local computer...
The command completed successfully.
