DNS retest

I decided to retest my ISP's DNS servers and they finally passed with flying colours. There was information revealed in the retest that was new to me.
"Addresses designated NOMINUM are believed to be running Nominum's software, which has additional protections that cannot be measured by this tool."
Research about Nominum reveals it to be a software that purports to provide additional security to DNS servers.
