"Apple Software Update" keeps prompting me to install Safari browser on my Windows desktop... I do use Safari since its native on my Macbook but it just didn't make sense to install another browser in my Windows OS since I already have Mozilla Firefox installed.Thank goodness for my resistance since its been newly published that the Windows version of Safari contains vulnerabilities that permit hackers to execute malicious code on your machine.
Practice common sense and only install software that you need. Every additional piece of software you install is another potential attack vector against your machine.
