17 min - Goal!!! Noh Alam Shah scores after a shot from Mustafic Fahrudin falls into his path.
After our first goal, the game starts to fall apart with the game being disrupted frequently with Thais falling down like they were shot down.
45 min - Half time and Singapore looks comfortable with no genuine scare posed by Thailand so far.
50 min - Thailand scores a quick goal in the second half to equalise. Daniel Bennett fails to get inline with his defensive colleagues and the Thais beat the Singapore team's attempt at an offside trap.
80 min - Referee gives Singapore a penalty, the Thais protest and refuse to resume the game.
96 min - Its another 16 minutes till the Thais agree to restart the game. Mustafic scores from the spot into the top right corner.
I have to admit that Singapore came away with a 2-1 win in possibly the last game played in the National Stadium. A pity that the game ended in controversy.
