Suspicion

I have a very strong suspicion that a friend of mine has gotten their PC infection with... take your pick: virus, worm, spyware or adware. What makes me say so? I have been continuously bombarded with spam this week from a machine I suspect is infected with malware that harvested my email address. Just yesterday for example, my mailbox received 56 spam mails within a 6 hour span. If you think you might be the one... contact me and I will be able to provide assistance.
