Pig's organ soup

My fav Pig's organ soup has to be the one from Tiong Bahru. Mmmmmmmm. What else can I say? 5 out of 5. You need to be early though. I remember going there one time at 1pm in the afternoon and they were sold out already. They only open from late morning till early afternoon Tuesdays to Sundays.
